It is produced by grapes gathered at the beginning of October and dried until February, with reduced fermentation in order to maintain whole sugar. It is a wine with a really sweet taste, it has got a very deep red colour, a complex nose, violet, plums, jam and berry bouquet.
You can accompany this wonderfully subtle and sweet wine with dessert, biscuits and with dark chocolate.
