‘Meliora’, like the great wines of the Riviera Montelliana at the time of the Doges. ‘210’, like the days during which this wine remained in autoclave, pampered by selected yeasts, with the aim of enhancing its character, structure, and pleasantness. Obtained from Glera and Pinot Nero grapes vinified in red, ‘Meliora 210’ is the maximum expression of our Prosecco Rosé. A Provencal pink sparkling wine, with an enveloping perlage, a delicate bouquet of red fruits and refined hints of bread crust. A slight acidity enhances its freshness and versatility.

Suitable for the most exclusive and important occasions, it is perfect as an aperitif or to accompany light appetizers, fish dishes, and cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 8/10°C
