Prosecco Spumante DOC Treviso Gasparetto Extra Dry

This Prosecco is produced with the best Glera grapes harvested in early September. Vineyards are located in the hills surrounding Treviso area and the grapes are crushed immediately after harvest before being pressed in gentle membrane press. The colour is pale, golden straw yellow colour. Bubbles are very tiny and persistent. On the nose the wine brings fresh citrus with hints of honey and white floral notes. The flavour is fresh, clean with ripe citrus, lemon, green apple and touches of grapefruit. The finish is light and refreshing.

The good balance and crisp acidity make it a fine food wine, ideal to taste along with light dishes and easy appetizers.
