Valpolicella DOC Organic, unfiltered, Low Sulphite Red Wine

Light ruby red colour. On the nose, hints of white flowers and small red fruits, marasca cherry. On the palate fine and mineral with aromatic notes of red fruit and spices. This delicious organic wine, is aged in oak vats for ten months where malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously. It is then bottled without filtration. This wine typically contains less than 30mg/l of sulphites.

Wine throughout the meal, ideal with risottos and soups. Meat main courses not too elaborate. Excellent with cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
