The company was founded in 1985 and soon carved out an important space among the cellars of the classic Bardolino area. It currently consists of 10 hectares of vineyards and 3 hectares of olive groves. The owner Nello Rossi, personally follows the cultivation of the vineyards and winemaking, while the whole family participates in the management of the company. The main products of the company are the Bardolino Classico DOC red wine, obtained from the 4 varieties of grapes typical of the area: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara and Negrara, followed by Bardolino Chiaretto Classico DOC Rosé wine, produced with the same grapes but with a different ‘pink’ vinification process.
