Intense ruby red colour. On the nose small red and spicy fruits. On the palate mineral and enveloping return of cherry and black pepper. This delicious Organic wine is matured in oak barrels for sixteen months, and then bottled without any filtration. Typically less than 35mg/l of sulphites.
This medium bodied organic wine is ideal with red meats, game and grilled vegetables. It goes well with traditional Veronese dishes such as pasta and beans, risotto and mixed boiled meats.
