Rosso IGT Wine ‘Infinito’ Limited edition

Infinito is a Rosso Veneto IGT 2019, composed of 60% Cabernet and 40% Merlot. The grapes underwent a drying of about 40 days, while the aging was done in American oak barrels for 3 years, plus another year in the bottle. Thanks to the drying it has a nice persistence and pleasantness, in the taste you can perceive notes of raspberries and blackberries with a herbaceous aftertaste that completes its complexity.
A perfect partner to roasted meats and game, or strong cheeses.
