Elio is a wine obtained from the selection of the best Corvina and Merlot grapes left to dry in a drying room for a long period, a wonderful example of the continuous effort and passion of the Cottini family in the historic Valpolicella. Hints of Red mature fruits, full bodied and elegant red wine.
