Rosso Veneto IGT Unfiltered, Low Sulphite Red Wine

Ruby red colour with violet reflections. On the nose spice and small red fruits. On the palate dry with persistent tannins, red fruits still evident. It matures in oak barrels for sixteen months and then bottled without any filtration. Sulphites typically less than 30mg/l.
Medium structure wine, ideal to accompany the whole meal. It goes well with cold cuts and soft cheeses, pasta and white meats.
