The grapes – harvested by hand – are immediately pressed.  The must is left to macerate at low temperature for about 10 hours in contact with the skins, after which it is separated from the skins and decanted for 3/4 days to clarify it. Natural decanting of the wine in stainless steel tanks preserves the fruitiness and freshness followed by 3 months of bottle aging, results in a fresh, crisp and fruity wine.

Ideal served with Antipasto, as an aperitif or to be enjoyed on a warm summer’s day with friends.
